Snowplowing in North Idaho can be troublesome, and sometimes, it is non-existent. Having had the benefit of living here for a long time, we know what to expect, and where.
Some snowplowing companies will try to get you locked in on a contract with a high fee, with a plow sent out every time it snows, regardless of accumulation. If you have been around the past few years in North Idaho, you know that snow can be a very on-again, off-again event.
At 7B SnowBusters, we aren’t looking to break your bank. We are looking to provide you with a warm, pleasant service. With the multitude of equipment available to us; from everyday pickup trucks mounted with plows, to full-sized dump trucks equipped with sanding units and heavy duty plows, to tractors equipped with snowblowers and plows, 7B SnowBusters is ready to do it all.
Fee and Payment Structure
If you have spent any time calling around to snowplowing companies, you have probably noticed that there is a multitude of different methods and prices for which contractors charge for their services. This can be a boon for some people, as they may enjoy shopping around to look for the best fit for them. Some people want the peace of mind of a contract-for-hire, while others may want a more open on-call relationship with their plow driver.
Whatever your needs, 7B SnowBusters makes it very easy for you to choose what works best for you. We use a simple but effective online based billing and contracting system, that the drivers use to keep track of their clients, and the manner in which they service them. From on-call, per-instance, or as-it-snows, we can tailor your account to your needs so that you can have as little or as much involvement in your day to day plowing needs as you desire.
All billing is done automatically via email. When a driver begins service for the client, a before picture of the client’s driveway/parking lot is taken and uploaded. Instance specific data, like snowfall, weather, time of day, temperature, ice conditions, and snow depth are taken at the time of start. When the driver finishes, an after photo is taken. Any additional notes about the clients driveway/parking lot are written down if needed, and the client is marked as finished for the day.
If additional plowing is needed in the same day, the need for this may be specified either beforehand, during accumulated snowfall, or over the phone. After a client is finished being serviced for the day, this data is uploaded, and a email is generated and sent to your email address with all of the data inputted. This gives the client peace of mind on the services being provided, as well as provides an online documentation method for which the client can save for their own purposes.
Billing is done on the 1st and 16th of each month, or NET15, whichever the calendar allows for. Bills are sent automatically via email, or, a paper version can be requested with prior notice and sent to the customers billing address. A one time visit to inspect the premises and produce a quote for services will be done for free once the client has called and scheduled a visit.
